Moses meets with Jethro and Jethro praises and worships the Lord above all. The Lord uses this new believer to help Moses establish a system of justice for the Israelites. Through these events we can see yet another provision of God for his people as He prepares them to receive His laws and commandments. Moses is helped and Israel is blessed.
